A family of companies
The Yong Group brings together seven businesses: The Yong Real Estate Group, The Yong Home Services, Home Loans by East Capital Funding, The Yong Technologies, The Yong Network, The Yong Foundation and The Yong Trades. Each has its own team and its own clients. Together they cover the whole journey, from finding a home to building a legacy.
Our founder
Yves Yongoueth is a technology executive, entrepreneur and Texas real estate broker with 30 years of experience in the United States and Europe, including leadership roles at Schlumberger, Gemalto and Oracle and as Chief Operating Officer of TIE Kinetix (US). He founded The Yong Technologies in 2003, leads The Yong Real Estate Group at HomeSmart, and chairs The Yong Foundation. He holds an engineering master's degree from ESIGETEL (France) and executive education from Wharton, Harvard and MIT Sloan.
